Knight Nicastro welcomes Nick Erickson, a seasoned former law clerk from the Colorado Court of Appeals, specializing in FELA litigation, employment, and administrative law, to their team as an Associate Attorney.

Former Colorado Court of Appeals Clerk Accepts Associate Attorney Position

Knight Nicastro is pleased to announce that Nick Erickson, a former law clerk on the Colorado Court of Appeals, has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney.

Nick graduated from Indiana University’s McKinney School of Law in 2017.  During law school, he was selected for publication in the Indiana Health Law Review and served as one of its Executive Editors.  He was recognized as being among the top advocates in the school’s intramural moot court competition, and he served as an intern at both the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and the Indiana Supreme Court.

At the Colorado Court of Appeals, Nick drafted appellate decisions in a wide variety of matters including criminal appeals, commercial disputes, and administrative appeals.

Nick’s practice at Knight Nicastro focuses on FELA litigation, employment matters, leasing disputes, administrative law, and government relations.
