Knight Nicastro Adds to Its Insurance Defense Group

Knight Nicastro, best known for its national transportation defense practice, announces a significant addition to its insurance defense group in its Kansas City office. Trial attorneys Derek MacKay, Allison Greenfield, Erik Nelson and Pamela Winter, now formerly of Brown & James, announced they are joining Knight Nicastro’s expanding insurance defense practice. Derek and his team bring with them an impressive roster of insurance carrier clients. The announcement also comes within weeks of a recent appellate victory the firm landed for a major client before the Montana Supreme Court. The highest court in Montana affirmed a defense verdict in a major toxic exposure case tried to a jury last year in Kalispell, Montana.
