Heather Gentry

Heather Gentry is a dedicated paralegal based in our Billings, Montana office, specializing in civil litigation with a focus on FELA/asbestos cases and insurance defense. With comprehensive involvement in case management, Heather adeptly handles all aspects of litigation for cases in federal, state, and appellate courts, including discovery, document management, pleadings, and trial preparation. Her expertise is complemented by her role as a paralegal mentor within the firm, where she guides and supports upcoming legal talent.

Heather's commitment extends beyond the courtroom. She has been an active member of the Montana State Bar, Paralegal Section, and served on the Board of Directors for Billings TrailNet from 2015 to 2017, where she held positions as Secretary and President. Heather holds a Paralegal Certificate and a BS in Business Administration/Marketing from Montana State University-Billings, qualifications that enhance her strategic approach to legal challenges.
