Ashley Smith, a skilled paralegal based in our Kansas City office, brings a strong background in civil litigation to our team. Since graduating from Missouri Western State University in 2005 with a degree in Criminal Justice, followed by obtaining a paralegal certificate in 2017, she has diligently worked through all stages of case management—from initial development to trial. Her responsibilities include managing discovery, drafting pleadings, preparing exhibits, and organizing depositions.

Ashley’s role extends beyond the Kansas City office as she provides valuable support to attorneys across multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination and consistency in case preparation.
